Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy:

MechaNaka provides flat rate shipping of $3 to the 49 contiguous states in the USA (including Washington D.C.). We ship through USPS with tracking number provided.

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

  

Return Policy:

Since all of our products are made to order, we are currently unable to accept return(s), exchange(s), or demand(s) for refund of any kind.

Damaged Goods:

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, and we hope to work out a solution with you!

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours from the time of delivery at customer@mechanaka.com. Please include your name, order number, pictures of the damaged item, and pictures of the damaged shipping box (if applicable) in your email.

Please note that damages caused by not following assembly instructions, and damaged goods reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
